Kinew Pte. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) shall process and manage personal information, including any private information obtained from our customers (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Users”), in accordance with the following policy when the User utilizes the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

The Company may, with the Users' consent, from time to time collect and obtain the following information through the Service.

1.1. Information provided by Users for the purpose of utilizing various functions within the Service, including but not limited to the following:

1.3. Information automatically obtained when using the Service, including but not limited to the following:

• Terminal device information

• Access history related to the Service

• Access history related to advertisements within the Service and behavioral history arising from such advertisements

• User agents

• GPS data

2. Purpose of use of information

The information we collect from Users may be utilized for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and verify the use of the Service.

• To provide the Service and other related services to Users.

• To respond to customer inquiries and introductions related to the Service.

• To address violations of the Company’s regulations and policies concerning the Service.

• To improve and customize the Service according to Users' interests, including conducting research and analysis.

• To notify Users of significant impacts on our Service, such as major changes or suspensions of the Service.

• To provide Users with information regarding services and products offered by the Company, advertisers, and affiliated companies.

3. Provision of Users’ Information to Third Parties

3.1. Without the prior consent of the individual, the Company will not provide personal information to any third parties, except in cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations, or in the following circumstances:

• When entrusting an individual or entity to handle all or part of the personal information within the scope of the purpose of use.

• When Users’ personal information is transferred to an individual or entity as part of a merger, acquisition, or other similar transactions.

• When required by a court order or other legal proceedings.

• In any other cases permitted under the Personal Information Protection Law and related laws and regulations.

3.2. The Company may provide or disclose statistical information that does not identify individual Users.

4. Transfer of the Users’ information

The Company may transfer Users’ information obtained overseas to Japan for the purpose of handling, processing, and storing such information within Japan. The Company will implement appropriate measures to protect personal information contained within Users’ information, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5. Measures Taken in Response to Requests for Disclosure and Similar Actions

When a User requests the disclosure, correction, deletion, or restriction of use of their personal information in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Law, the Company will take appropriate measures within a reasonable period after verifying that the request has been made by the User themselves. However, no action will be taken if the Company is not obligated to do so under the Personal Information Protection Law or other related laws and regulations. Users may withdraw their consent for the handling of their personal information at any time. Please note that if Users do not consent to the handling of their personal information, certain parts of the Service that require personal information registration may not be available.

6. Installation of Information Collection Modules

For the purpose of providing our services, including measuring user engagement and displaying advertisements delivered by third parties, the Company may install the following information collection modules developed by third parties within our application.

7. Security measures for Users’ information

The Company will implement security measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of Users’ information that is stored.

8. Storage period of personal information

The Company will store and use Users’ information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information was collected.

9. Notification of Altered Privacy Policy

The Company will post any amended privacy policy on our website or within our applications when alterations are made. In cases where legal requirements necessitate, the Company will obtain Users’ consent through procedures deemed appropriate by the Company when amending the privacy policy.
